Mine was replaced under warranty last year,, Dealer told me, no pressure when putting it on and only turn it one click.

lmmfao...love the search function/forum...Traveled 900 miles round trip this past weekend with this problem...No codes just could never get the cap to seal...will try "no pressure" when I get home...Thanks members...FWIW 13Z
