I'm interested in bring my stock tires out flush with the fenders, for those who have done this what size spacers is needed and will I have to replace the studs and wheel lugs.

I've not done this, but yes, you will need longer studs with how much of a spacer you'll need. typically anything larger than 3-5mm will make it unsafe to attempt to use the regular studs.

my assumption without going out to my car and measuring how much gap there is, you'll probably need at least 20mm spacers. maybe 25mm.

I used 12mm in the rear and 6mm in the front. Got ET lugs and all is fine. No need for longer studs.

No matter what wheel or spacer being used, you need to have a minimum of 8 full turns of the lugnuts during thread engagement. Anything less moves into the unsafe zone. OEM lugnuts on OEM wheels just barely make the 8 turns. Some aftermarket lugnuts have more threads.

I also bought mine from motorsports tech and that was what they recommended. Since this was uncharted territory for me I was not going to question them. In retrospect I think the fronts could have handled a little more, but not sure if turning the front wheels would have caused any rubbing issues with the fender liners with a larger spacer.

The fronts are very close to being flush.

This is a get thread, thanks for posting everyone! This is easier than I thought and it looks better, especially for the narrow body.
