Default Z06 influence

Just wanted to post a quick pic of my 02 C5 with some C6 Z06 influence inhancements. Not trying to mask as a C6. Just wanted to add the styling characteristics that set the Z06 apart. I added the front fasia scoop. Rear fender brake scoops with all factory ducts to make them fully functional. C6 Z06 brakes, shocks and sways. Very satisfied with the outcome.

It is ice work, but I have to say it appears as though you are not sure what generation you are wanting. I mean we all know it is a C5, but you have added the C6 look along with the C7 logo's.

The wheels are Sport Muscle GS wheels in C6 Z06 back space. 19x10 fronts. 20x12 rears. I chose the newer C7 carbon flash badges for a more stream line look. I know I've meshed the three generations together. Not to be confused but for styling updates. Kind of keeping it timeless. Each era holds it's own special look and appeal.

The wide rear looks pretty aggressive. I miss my MY C5. You got some more pics from a distance? Any engine work done to back up the looks?

Very nicely done. I appreciate the styling cues you took from later generations and added to your C5. I would like to see another photo showing the whole car profile and 3/4 front.

Thanks for all the positive feed. Just have a few more cosmetic mods for the body that I'm working on. Rear diffuser and carbon ZR1 front fenders. Also working a set of side skirts that have a simular profile as the new C7 Z06. The C7 Z06 front splitter has styling cues from the C5R front splitter I'm using. So I decided to blend the side skirts to this era as well. After the holidays a new power plant is in the plans. I want dependable street driven power to be in the 550 to 600 range. Either super charge an LS6 or cam an LS7 transplant. Looking at both options. As it sets now running a stock LS1 auto with Vararam CAI, swapped the diff to Z06 3:42 with a 2800 stall. B&B bullets and xpipe. Just takes time and money. Few more pics.

I

I have upgraded to a navigation head unit with a custom built relay to run on demand front a rear cameras. Black carbon accents. C6 seats. Looking at doing the new 2012 seat foam upgrade and C6 d style steering wheel.
