I have a 2013 C6 and had my summer tires replaced with all season mud and snow tires (speed rated 186 plus and run flat no less). Ever since I swapped the tires the passenger side wiper hums loudly at 75 or over. The wiper looks fine but does not lay flat on the windshield at the far edge (sits up about an inch. They are good quality aftermarket wipers. Did the dealership screw something up? Or is it I'm just getting vibration from the tread in the new tires?
A fairly common problem on the C6 is that the plastic trim piece (cowl?) at the bottom of the windshield gets a little loose and starts to hum at highway speeds. There is some kind of GM bulletin that explains the problem and how to fix it.
Ours started doing the hummmmmm after about 5 yrs/70k miles. At the next oil change, I had the dealer do the approved fix, they charged me almost nothing and it's been fine.
Or you can do a Search here for "cowl hum" or something similar, there are several ways to skin that cat.

Suggest you have your dealer check #PI0766: Buzz Noise Heard Near Base of Windshield at Highway Speeds - (Jul 17, 2012) for a solution to a cowl molding issue. That may be what you're experiencing.
