C6 05 vette. The abs & traction control light turn on suddenly. Only once did the car swerve slightly. What can be done to fix? The light goes away when restarted. I would really appreciate any help or feedback i can get. Thanks in advance!
Was it a warning on the DIC or was it a warning light on the dash? If it was the warning light on the dash, which warning light, the Traction Off light or the Stabiltrac OFF?
If on the DIC, what was the warning?
I think other folks here can probably help if they know a little more about what kind of warning you got.

The only abs & traction light I'm familiar with is the warning that pops up on the DIC. If that's what you're talking about, what was the warning?
The light that turned on is the one with the car that has the tire streaks. I think its called the active handling system. Sorry im not to savvy with the terms. The message stated to service active handling system.

Page 3-39 of the 2005 Owner's Manual says you should get it serviced.
If the light stays on or
comes on while you are
driving, a chime sounds
and a SERVICE ACTIVE
HANDLING SYSTEM
message appears on the
DIC, there is a problem
with your Active Handling
System and your vehicle
needs service.
The driver can acknowledge this message by pressing
the RESET button. When the SERVICE ACTIVE
HANDLING SYSTEM message is displayed, the Active
Handling System will not assist you in controlling the
vehicle. You should have the system serviced as soon
as possible. Adjust your driving accordingly.
