First timer (be gentle)
Just got my first corvette 05 C6 6MT Bone stock with 20k. I'm bored in the house waiting for the weather to warm up so I can drive instead of post. So I figured I'd say hi instead of lurkin threads in the shadows

Welcome.. better to post than lurk for sure! I was in the same situation as you the Dec 2011 when I picked up my 2007 M6 Z51 car.. I was really lucky because that was the "winter that wasn't" and I drove it through the entire winter... anyway, winter sucks in the northern tier. We all drive our cars here as long as the streets are dry and clean. Hasn't been that way since Christmas and we just got 6" of wet snow today so it's going to be a while for us as well...

Nice car!
Just be sure you get in reverse when you park it. Not almost in reverse but all the way in or you will be down at the battery shop saying, "How Much?"
Also be sure you have the street set up on the front end alignment or the inside of the front tires will go quick.
I know from experience.
