Another "Fob not recognized" thread
Hence go around the car and try both doors, and even the latch release button above the plates. When you pull the door pads, look at the light on the doors to see if it/s blinking or not. Blinking will tell you if the car is seeing the fobs correctly from the start, and the problem maybe related to a latch activator or pull pad if the problem is only one door.
If all act the same, then time to check the fob batteries (should have +3volts on the batteries) and even clean the fobs to make sure that the prongs to both the batteries and the control board are clean and making good contact.
Next would be to see what you have added to the car, since it may be blocking the signal of the RCDLR (yes, even a phone charger can cause interference problems).
So on this order, clean fobs and batteries with +3 volts,
Door pull pads cleaned if needed.
Latch activators checked if needed.
As for the final two checks if it gets to this point, then you really need a Tech 2 to diagnose the problem (short of just a loose/corrode connector).
RCDLR and antennas .
Body control module
As for tender, which brand/type do you have?
Also, might want to try to reset the entire car, hence disconnect the negative cable, let the car sit for about 15mins, then connect the cable back on the battery (don't forget the re-index the windows). Hence not uncommon for the system to wig out once in a blue moon, and disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it will rest the entire system to clean such glitch problems.

(I don't type as fast as 2 other guys)
