Default Euro conversion WITHOUT BCM reprogram?

Is it possible to install euro-type tail lights (separate turn signal) using the GM export harness without reprogramming the BCM with a Tech II?

Sorry no additional information. it is FAR easier to use the Tech II tool. The only reason I'm asking is a customer lives in a country where there are no GM dealerships and didn't have the conversion done beforehand.

Ok, so I've been doing as much reading on this as I can find and am trying to find the simplest and most cost effective solution.

I am coming down on the side of the tech 2 country reprogram also tbh.

I was under the impression you had resolved this issue with your center point modded tail lights? I had presumed it was quite technical and beyond the capabilities of your average joe.

Are you aware of what exactly needs to be changed within the BCM on reprogram? I have read if you change the country to Japan then you split the brake/turn signal but also keep the TPMS? Not fussed about the radio as it is aftermarket anyway. Will this also disable the DRLs?

You seem to be the resident expert on this subject so would appreciate any help you can give..........

Cheers

Our centerpoint tail lights are designed to work with existing setups that have already been programmed. I have personally never re-programmed a car as I don't have a tech II or other software/hardware to interface with the vehicle.

For euro compliance the C6 needs the following lighting modifications:
- DRLs disabled or converted to white
- Headlight washers/levelers installed (Germany only I think)
- Side repeaters
- Amber rear turn signals
- Rear-facing fog lights (UK only I think)
