Labor is 450 and includes return shipping. Turn around is 3 - 5 days.

ok well I got them back together and reinstalled however I will be pulling it all loose again as the panel gaps are unacceptable IMO....

Have done everything right and the panel gaps from fender to bumper will not meet properly. They are wider at the top. Any idea as to remedy or what have I done wrong?

I'm in the process of doing this now, I yanked the first headlight out, removed the 3 bolts that hold the lens to the headlight and just examining the tabs that hold the lens in and I've already broken 2. Is sealant strong enough for me to not worry about broken tabs? I'm going to tackle the oven part tomorrow. Thanks for any input guys. Also, thank you for the step by step instructions. I have a 2005 with tan sealant btw

Awesome! I bought the kit through you guys and I finally got the first lens off after almost 2 hours of messing with it, going in and out of oven, and yes all tabs are broke off trying to open this dang thing. I tried to remove old sealant, got myself pretty good in the palm with the screwdriver and I called it a night. I will try the pliers and turn method like in the linked video tonight. I also opted to get the butyl from you guys as well as the gaskets (which note on 1st package says that the gasket is shipped separately so still waiting on that). Thanks for the input!

RLSebring Lenses
My clear bra installer damaged the passenger side headlight lens on my 2009 ZR1, the oem coating stuck to the old mask when replacing with new. I purchased new lenses off ebay from RLSebring. I opened the lenses to verify they were the correct shape when I recieved them but didn't unwrap them all the way in order to keep them clean as they don't have plastic wrap on them. I put the car in my paint booth this morning and pulled the light out. It was very easy thanks to this well written diy thread. When I went to swap the lens, I unwrapped the new ones and saw that they are noticeably labeled WWW.RLSEBRING.COM along one of the edges. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else gets this far along without seeing it. A lot of people might not care but I would have never purchased these had I known. Drawing so much attention to the fact that the lenses are replacements seems pretty trashy, on top of the fact that I would have to change both lenses for them to match. I have to get the car put together and moved out of the booth so I'll use the lens and replace it again, but I thought someone might see this and not waste their time and money like I did.
