Hey guys. We have a kit in stock from a customer who changed his mind so it won't be a 1-2 week wait. Also the front replacement Z06 bumper cap (will fit a Z06, Zr1, Grand Sport, OR a BASE MODEL for a conversion!) will be available in the next week or two.

The new kit will include both complete, bolt-on front C67 widebody Z06 style converted fenders and the front bumper top half. It will basically require you remove your factory bumper, cut most of the top half off and panel bond the cap to the bottom half. There will be NO REQUIRED body work or bonding! You could install this kit in your garage with basic tools and some time! The bumper cap will replace the top half of the bumper with a fiberglass top that will end just above the fog lights. It will clip over and into the center vent hole with a clean body line running from the top of that vent hole across the top of the fog light factory line and down the sides of it. This will make a VERY quick and easy install with only minor fitting before paint. You could always bodywork it in and remove the body line but I think you guys will be amazed how well this looks factory.

This new kit will be $2800 for both fenders and bumper kit. It will work on widebody cars OR you can buy this kit along with rear widebody quarters and you're driving a widebody car with C7 headlights!!! You can buy widebody wheels (GS, Zr1, Z06) or aftermarket wheels OR you can buy some nice 1" billet aluminum spacers to make the current wheels fit perfectly on your new widebody. I've run these spacers on cars with 600hp and beat the heck out of them with zero problems. They are hub centric and balance out perfectly with no issues.

Here's out latest conversion with the new rear C67 bumper. Completely replaces the bumper cover and uses factory lower bumper. It has a wing built into the bumper.

Curious to see pics of the front bumper cap. I have a crack in my Z06 bumper next to the reflector and I'm wondering if this new cap will fix the issue.

Yes it will replace that area with a fiberglass top half (flanges and everything to mount/attach too) so it will be a good solution for you. My business partner's little girl does Hawaiian dancing like two nights a week and they do as a group to dance out at the Disney hotels for them. We are all talking about heading out to Hawaii sometime soon. May have to say Aloha if I do

I'm pretty sure the convertible rear bumper is the same. I have another black C6 convertible at the shop I'm going to throw one on so I can tell you for sure. The front will be the same for sure. Best to call me sometime during the day I can explain the options and availability easier since the replacement bumper isn't ready quite yet there are still a couple options.

Thanks!

Don't know if I should look at this as a blessing in disguise or what.. Some lady hit my car yesterday after I got home from work. Scuffed up the fender pretty good and cracked the bumper a bit more. So it might be the perfect time to get this conversion done. Depending on the how much USAA insurance pays out for the estimate will dictate the approach. I can only imagine how much shipping to Hawaii would be. No doubt though, I am absolutely doing this conversion.. already have the C7 headlights.

Thank you for the reply Cowboy, much appreciated! They are very cultured out here in Hawaii as I'm sure you know. If you do head out this way, definitely say Aloha! I'll be retiring in a little over a year and moving down to Boca Raton / West Palm area near the rest of my family... Sure wish I was there now, the car would already be done!

Damage pics

*Dirty car disclaimer* The weather has been pretty shitty today so the car is dirty as fk right now. I've also developed some kind of heart condition over the past year since I've been stationed here in Hawaii (Army) so the car has been on the back burner... As you see the lack of washing it all the time and being in the weather has wreaked havoc on my rims and splash guards.

This would would very well for you. You'd probably be able to sell your factory Z06 fenders and pay for most or all of the C7 headlights and you insurance payment should cover most of the conversion kit and painting. A factory Z06 bumper and fender from GM is probably $2k.

I started doing more with YouTube lately. Here's a quick video on the new replacement fenders showing the headlights in the fenders and the OEM Z06 bumper being converted before molding for the new kit that will not require bodyworking the panels to the car. Should have the bumper being molded this week

First bumper replacement popping out of the mold today! This kit will be $3000 plus shipping and give you the fender replacements, front bumper and harness plugs. You'll only need to buy the Z06 trim pieces and rear wide fenders if you are converting to a widebody. If you have a widebody already you will have everything you need.

We are also going to offer the option to put the Z06 bumper vent on the base model narrow body soon. The base model will still require body work to put the pieces onto your car.

I WILL HAVE A FULL SET OF OEM BASE MODEL FENDERS AND BUMPER all converted and ready for paint available next week. It will be for sale with or without your core fenders and bumper. Contact me for pricing! 407-221-8040

Here's a pic of the new Z06 bumper vent C67 conversion for the non-widebody car. Simple install. Cut the top half off of your factory bumper and panel bond the new piece on which wraps around the factory bumper lower into the vent hole. Once it's cleaned up there will be two options (1) body work the side seams or (2) a clean line will go down from the side marker light to the fog light and across the top of the fog light to the center vent. This method would require no molding in. This picture shows the first one which is not finished edges

I'm a little confused. Your fenders are Z06 style, yes? They are made of fiberglass? The Z06 front bumper you sell is already modified? If not, it needs to just be cut out around the lights and will work with the fenders you sell? Also, do you resale the C7 lights or get them through GM or a parts house?

Hey PCMusicGuy,
I can see how you'd be confused. There are a number of options available.

The original kit includes two bumper pieces, two fender pieces, harness kit, brackets, hardware, instructions, panel bond, and two headlight buckets. That kit is $1500 and requires the parts to be installed bodyworking them in to your fenders. We've got about 10 cars out there with this kit now. You can bring us your car and for $3000 you get the kit plus installation, working, and it's in primer, ready for your body shop to paint it. Or for $4500 you get the kit, installed, working, painted, wet sanded, buffed, and finished ready to hit the road or the next car show.

We are now offering replacement widebody C67 fenders and a bumper which are modified Z06 parts. They are fiberglass but we use vinyl-ester resin with very high quality materials. Our fiberglass guy is amazing. We don't have air bubbles or thickness issues like a lot of parts out there do. The resin we use is one of, if not THE best resin for longevity and not shrinking like other resins do. This kit is $3000 and you can sell your carbon fiber Z06 fenders online for probably $1000+ to recoup expenses a bit. You'll need the factory bumper currently to retain the very bottom half which allows all of the factory parts under/behind it to fit. One benefit if we've incorporated a Zr1-style splitter into the bumper so you don't have to buy one. We can also install and paint this kit.

Lastly we have an OEM set of converted base-model (non-widebody) fenders and bumper that we are selling for $3000 with your core parts (or $750 additional if you want to keep your factory parts). These are OEM parts with the C67 conversion bodywork done and ready to paint and bolt on to your car. It will give you the C7 headlights AND THE Z06 bumper vent in the middle on a non-widebody car. We can even paint them and ship them to you possibly if the color is not one that needs to be blended into the doors for matching.

You will need to buy your C7 headlights either new or used. I've bought them as cheap as $600 a pair used shipped (I even bought a working pair with some cracks in the bottom of the housing from an accident for $400 that we sealed up and worked fine even with the pressure washer on them!). I believe you can get them brand new on EBay or certain sellers for about $1600-1800 a a pair. Remember that a clean pair of C6 headlights will bring $1000 pretty quick - especially black ones. Even old somewhat worn ones usually bring $400-600 no problem. I actually bought a pair of C7 for $650 and sold my C6 for $200 more than the C7 cost me on one car! In other words if you look around a while you can usually get the cost of your headlights to be very minimal in the end.

Due to the variables and number of options it's easiest to call me 407-221-8040 and discuss it.

That picture above is showing the z06 vent with C7 headlights on the C6 base model bumper. That is before bonding and bodywork. We MIGHT have one soon that will not require any body work for the narrow body bumper to look like that.

We have a narrow body conversion of OEM fenders and bumper ALREADY DONE, ready to paint and bolt on to your car. The kit is $3000 plus shipping (or free pickup) and core charge. Core is $1000 or you can pay the core and keep your factory parts if you prefer. Call us for more info, but this will be the fastest/easiest C67 conversion for your base model (non-widebody) Corvette. You could literally have your car converted in a day, driving. You'd need painting but you can do that ahead of time unless it's a color that needs door blending.
