Neither. The color is "Carbon Flash Metallic". It has a very slight touch of charcoal, so while it generally looks black, it sometimes looks like a very dark grey. Just for grins...Chevy did not produce a "black" Vette in '12. This was their substitute for black.

Mahaloz my bruddah! Yes, I just installed them the night before load in to the Silicon Valley Auto Show. Always a last minute thrash prior to a show lol. The hinges are off the hook! Quality pieces and perfect fitment. Definitely extra points for a Vette that shown allot
