Default Need Help Please!!!!!!

I have a 2006 base coupe 6M. I have a small leak of a clear fluid (has a very slight pink tint when looked at on a white paper towel). I have laid cardboard down to try and pinpoint where it is coming from, and it appears to be coming from under the harmonic balancer area. I haven't been able to get underneath it yet. Just wondering if anyone has a guess as to what the fluid might be. Thanks for your help.

I just read some more posts on this. So intent out and felt under the water pump pulley and had some fluid residue on my fingers. So I am leaning towards water pump.

There is a tiny hole on the water pump that lets coolant drip out to warn your water pump is near the end of its life. Thats what you are seeing.

Yup...Coolant. That exact leak happened to my car at 30K....the pump seal is leaking. Replace the pump, and gaskets. If you haven't changed the hoses and belts yet, best to do that at the same time while the system is drained.
Leaking seal on a water pump is common to all GM's
Good luck
