I would call Dynamic Muffler in Palm Bay. I believe they are off of Babcock. I have a buddy that gets everything done there and they are always fair with pricing...
I've had good luck with two shops on my car. Both are vendors on here.
Closer to you would be Xplosive Performance in Longwood (just east of Orlando). They actually did my full exhaust work (long tube headers and axleback system) and my suspension setup.
Florida Speed & Power (FSP) in Bradenton (West Coast) did everything else on the car (blower, meth, engine work, etc.).
Both shops are solid. I would call Xplosive since that's probably closer for you.
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. You mentioned removing the stock mufflers and also a price of $150. Are you wanting to remove the muffler and replace it with a straight pipe in its place, or are you wanting to remove the stock muffler assembly and replace it with an after market system?

remove stock mufflers and replace with straight pipe. not spending the bucks on aftermarket stuff

You need a good muffler shop that wil cut off the stock mufflers and install the pipe. Some are a little reluctant to do it. Also check some of the specialty shops mentioned already see if they have the equipment to fab the new pipe.
