Z06 engine swap question?
I have a 2008 z06 which is coming up on 100K miles. I was thinking about doing a rebuild and beefing it up while I have time, but got to wondering something.
Will a big block fit in the engine bay? I have a Merlin BB that's been made into a 572ci beast that I was going to put into my '23 T-bucket (fuel injected) and I'm wondering how hard it would be to stuff that into the Z if it's even possible.
Has anybody tried anything like this?
