Default BillyBoat Headers

Ordered a set of BB Headers, xpipe with hiflow cats, and bullet mufflers. After two weeks I emailed them for an update and was told they would be going out that very day, hmmm. A couple of days later I go to FedEx and find that the shipment had not left the loading dock at BB. I call, the woman was very nice, confirms they didn't go out, apologizes. I get the stuff in a couple of days take it to a Performance Muffler shop I've done business with before and they install everything. On pickup the Technician tells me that the header on the drivers side was a little high and he had to *massage* it but where the headers meet (1 7/8 longtube) there is hardly any clearance so the headers are practically touching the body. The only fix he offers is maybe BB will give me another set of headers. Well, I aint going through all that so I'll adjust and practice my Zen. At any rate he assures me I'm not hurting anything. So now sometimes I'm getting a vibration for a moment when I stop and idle or turn, but not always. Otherwise it sounds really good and loud. I pass this on FYI. If anybody has a simple fix I'd like to hear that.

Sometimes the header tubes need to be "dented" with a hammer in certain areas for clearance.

Or the tunnel needs to be hammered out.
