There are many types of gear indicators with a neutral indicator for motorcycles, but I never understood why you would need it.

U can set the shift light to come on at any Rpm
U can have the display set to Rpms,speed,gear your in.
The shift light can always be set for launch control

Really ??? I can easily see why someone would want a neutral indicator on a motorcycle. A gear indicator would be nice too....but at least a neutral one.

All motorcycles come with a neutral indicator, because you have to have one. There are a couple of touring bikes that have factory gear indicators, and one with button shifters and no clutch lever!

I "understand" this completely. But I was having trouble "understanding" why you didn't "understand" why they were needed. "understand"..??
