If possible could you post a video? Mine has always wobbled, dealer says its within factory tolerances, but it looks bad to me. No belts chirps, however.
Get that guarantee in writing, I can't imagine any dealer being so generous unless they charge an extra arm and leg over and above the usual arm and a leg
My dealership has lifetime warranty on most replacement part too. Normal wear parts like brakes, belts etc are not lifetime warrantied. I just had a water pump replaced on my 2011GS....lifetime warranty. My stepson is my service writer too. That is why I go there.
Picked up the car today at 4PM Total bill $1626.00 for everything, I got $304.00 discount for being a loyal customer. The following was done, Trans fluid change, spark plug change, 4 wheel alignment, and repaired Left rear tire. Hopefully I'm good for another 100k miles,Very happy with the service I received, Hampton Chevy rocks oh just to be clear that includes the harmonic balancer
Seems like 1k+ was on labor ...you could have upgraded the balancer to ATI did all that stuff yourself and saved 1k +.....the harmonic balancer is a time consuming PITA however...so may have been worth it...

What went wrong with the tire?
I think you got a good deal net net. Unlike some others here, I'd feel fine about the OEM balancer with that warranty since you like the dealer.
Why not name the dealer? We get so many dealer horror stories, it'd be a nice balance to have a good dealer story / recommend.
The total labor cost was $1k but it was more than the balancer that I had done. My left rear tire was losing air. They had to smooth the bead area as the plating is peeling they put some bead sealer on it and seems to be holding when I get some money I will have the wheels repaired. They are the 7 spoke chrome wheels and they are peeling in the barrel and inside bead. The dealer is Hampton Chevy in Hampton VA and my service writer is Phil Stallings both are the best. In fact all my dealings both with service and sales has always been great
