Same car and year here but A6 and I was wondering how a stock car would perform, not too shabby by my standards
Wonder what the auto would do??
Thanks for the info.

I would expect high 130s, it depends a lot on traction off the line, I run 14 times sunday so it was a learning process. modes are vengeance cam 1 7/8 Lg vengeance dyno tune (477 RWHP ) next mod heads trick flow 255 claim 40hp to wheel

I was there as well in a 12 GS M6 with cam and headers. 488rwhp. My best run was 145.7. Traction sucked. There were definitely a few mph's left on the table by all the cars that were there.

What an absolute blast the event was. I can't wait for next year!!!!

There was a stock C7 doing upper 130s. I'm sure a stock C6 would do about the same.

I did 164 MPH on my boosted LS3

Here's the videos running it down the runway. My drag radials hooked better on a public road than that runway absolutely ridiculous.

My speedo reads too slow by 5-7 MPH in the video due to taller tires out back FYI. I forgot about that the first two runs and put it to probably 170 MPH or so before shutting down.

EDIT:

Here's more footage any black vette you see is mine in the videos

We really need a forum that attracts members that really like driving there vettes & and are not bragging about how low of mileage there cars have on them, I started this page but needed to get this off my chest. I am 54 and most corvette groups are very boring, I guess I am saying get out and drive the sh** out of your cars they where built for it, I have to attend fuctions with people that are 15 years younger to have any fun! This is not attended to tick people off but to get some corvette owners off there snooty personalities

A little better spelling, capitalization, and punctuation on your part, would help eliminate some of the snooty attitudes.

I noticed that after 4 years and 54 posts on this forum, you still haven't filled out a profile. In comparison, that's like having a low mileage Vette.

Too bad you don't live near the Phoenix area, since we have a fairly large number of racers over 60 here. Several of us are in our 70's and a couple in their 80's.

I'm not ticked off, but just having fun pulling your chain.

Nice runs, AP. You are still spinning a bit tho brother. That said your whip is nasty and 164 is about as quick as one can go in a baser without too much worry...well your version of a baser with the meth breath...mazel tof cane fan

Upper 30s do not help drag radials. Way too cold that day. Also runway was a bit dusty. I hook much better on the street than I did at that event.

Go check out the link I left below there's way more details of the event. I've attached a video as well of how grippy the car is now...keep in mine at the time speedo is off by ~5 MPH ready too slow because of taller tire.
