I dinged up a Comp Grey wheel on my 12 GS a couple months ago. A google search revealed this code...WA9243. I took the wheel and the code to a local painter. After painting, the wheel did not match exactly....it was a tad too light and had too much flake in it. I brought the wheel back along with another wheel and the painter was able to adjust the paint to match exactly.

As ksurfer2 mentioned you may have a bit of trouble matching the color. Grey and silver are some of the hardest colors to match. Another option is to take a wheel down to a body shop supply store and have them match the paint there. I've also heard Duplicolor GM 396 is a close match if you want to tackle the job yourself with a spray can.

From what I have read as a match for Corvette Comp gray wheels is ... Duplicolor "Gray Mica" (8oz spray can): BGM0534
Disclaimer ... I haven't tried this myself

I didn't think Competition Gray was offered in '13? For '13 I thought they replaced Competition Gray with Black.
A good body shop or wheel repair shop should be able to give you the code or maybe even mix up the gray for a perfect match.
