Kudos to fastone. This was an awesome social experiment. I bought my own Vitesse several months ago based solely on the positive reviews. I absolutely love it.

My "magic sleep number" is 7.

Is it too late to be put on the list to try this?

I'm also curious if there is a way that this can be installed and be out of sight. I know some like to hide it where the ash tray is, but can it be hidden somewhere else?

Hello Everyone... The time has come...After Frankie15 tries the Controller out for a bit I am going to ask him to please send it back to me and call this thread done! I have been in contact with Ahmed and he has something pretty special he wants to do with this controller. I'll let him chime in if he would like to explain!

Thought i would post up what Ahmed sent to me as its not really any big secret.

Hello Fastone27. Thank you so much !

I have talked to my colleague and thinking what we should do.

Can you send it back to us, we're still deciding if we should make a nice Frame and write all the screen names next to it....

We also would like to offer you something for your very thoughtful move.

Can we simply buy it back from you at $179 ?

Please tell me whatever makes you feel comfortable.

We're also ready to have one for the C7 members to try as well.

I'm open to any ideas / suggestions.

Thank you again

Ahmed

I appreciate Ahmed doing this and certainly did'nt expect it but i do think this has been a great "social experiment " as someone posted early on in this thread! Thanks to all of you that participated and were kind enough to pass it on to the next guy! I think it speaks volumes of people we have here on the forums for the most part!

Sorry for not being able to reply earlier. Being real busy.

We would be happy to continue the trial if anyone else is interested.
We also would like to make one available for the C7 members to try.

Thank you very much Fastone27 !

I would suggest forgetting about the loaner to save the time and trouble of the install and removal. Just buy one and install it once. I received mine today and had it installed within 30 minutes. After screwing around with the accelerator wiring connector for about 5 minutes, I decided to drop the whole pedal. It is held in place by two 13mm bolts. Made it super easy. I also ran the LED control head in to the center console. Hopefully the heat will not be an issue (Vitesse, please speak up here if you think it might be and I will move it). I got out and played with the settings and absolutely love this thing. It really woke the car up. S9 is insane. You can't take off from a stop without snapping your neck back and spinning the tires. I decided to run mine on S4. If I have to run it into the shop for anything or valet parking I will set it on E7. I am glad I decided to just buy one instead of trying the loaner one.
