I had the factory NPP mufflers on my 2011 GS. They were perfect until I installed a set of headers with cats. Then the NPP system was way too loud at full throttle.
Removed the NPP and installed a Borla 'Touring' set of mufflers ... Perfect !
I purchased the older style Borla 'Touring' (Type 1) mufflers with the wider 4.25" x 3.50" Oval Tips.
