The first thing you need to do is call the police to report that someone stole your punctuation...

Burning Brakes
Just did mine a week or so ago, used the G2 kit purchased from Amazon:
Just invest in some small brushes, the one in the kit is crap...
Amazon.com: High Temperature High Gloss Self Leveling Brush On Red G2 Brake Caliper Paint System Kit: Automotive

I used Eastwood brush-on paint from Amazon. No need for clear-coat and no need to mask off anything.

Safety Car
I painted mine several years ago with rattle can brake paint I purchased at Pep Boys. Just swiped some lip balm over the letters and wiped them clean after the paint had dried.

Le Mans Master
You didn't say, but beings you have a LeMans Blue car, you either have an 05, 06, or 07. With that being said, I would go to a local store that sells paint and body supplies. They should be able to make you a rattle can of LeMans Blue paint, if thats what you want. Get a couple of cans of brake cleaner, clean everything you want to paint good, mask off everything, and paint. Good luck. Pretty easy and straightforward job. Show pics when you are through.

I sprayed my calipers and hubs with a gloss black heat paint. I used a sanding block to get the paint off the letters
