But I have very shiny black tips now.
I had to wet sand mine to get thru all the carbon. Try 600 grit, then 800, 1200, etc until you can use polish to shine it all up again.

Default Clean inside and out

Vacuumed inside Detailed the outside. Used Mothers Black Plastic on all of the black trim. Makes it look even better.

Or you can use Chap-Stik on the letters before painting. Sometimes a little less messy to work with.

Fixed / replaced my failed ORACLE drivers side halo. What a pain in the butt. A lot of work to pull the lead light, bake it and carefully remove the lens without cracking or heat crazing it. Scary, but I was successful.

I've got a stray cat living in my barn. So along with my two cats, the friggin' mice are nowhere to be seen. They're either all dead or crappin' their little panties, scared to move.

Had my car a little more than 3 weeks now. It has the NPP exhaust with a Mild to Wild switch which was left in the open position. I didn't get the remote(s) with it, so I've only experienced the car with the open NPP until now. Last week I spoke with the previous owner and he said he gave the remote to the sales guy at the dealership where I got the car. I sent him a picture of the remote from a Mild to Wild photo I found and sure enough, he had it. They had also promised to get and install a new cup holder cover and new ashtray cover. You can't get just the covers, so they got whole new assemblies for me. I had my wife pick up the whole package yesterday as I'm going to install a MGW flat stick shifter anyway, so might as well put the new parts in myself since I'll have the center console off. Well, I tried the NPP in stock mode today and couldn't believe the difference. You can hardly hear the car with the valves closed. I tested it out and sure enough, they open just above 3000rpm when you are applying enough throttle. I will probably leave them open most of the time, but nice to have the option to close them when I want easier conversation or listening to music. Really enjoying my new toy!

I actually did alot this week getting ready for spring . I installed new pads , new caliper covers , new rims and tires , changed all fluids , new vararam snake charmer gen 2, new corsa sport exhaust from cat back, new exhaust filler panel , I still have to install the new zr1 spoiler and the new eagle eye tail lights. Oh yeah the infamous new battery thanks to all the warning signs coming on the dic.

Installed my MGW shifter, and opened the box with my MSD Atomic intake. Just waiting till spring to throw her on and get it re-tuned to see if it made a difference.

I would have given you my remote. I never close the valves.

That’s cool of you to offer, however it seems the remotes are matched to the controller. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-question.html

Yeah, it wouldn't do turn everyone's NPP on or off at a Corvette gathering... I expect I'll leave mine open most of the time as GRCTampa does, but nice to have the option at least.
