Took it to my last car show before summer really gets bad, and won second place.

Finally received my custom plate/s. It is the CA Veterans plate with the U.S. Air Force Decal. The number is was my career field (AFSC). Just ordered a thin black frame (may replace it with body color if I don't like it) for it as my previous frame covered up the Honoring Veterans part.

Changed my MGW shifter to flat stick, did the anti venom mod, changed over to holley natural valve covers, had a spare intake cover hydro dipped in carbon fiber, polished the fuel rail,

Installed Billy Boat Fusions
Installed my Billy Boat Fusion exhaust, Wow. Finally have the sound that a Corvette should have. I don't think I'll be using the quite mode very much, maybe sneaking into the neighborhood late at night. What a great system, they built this right. Ease of installation was incredible. The quality is impeccable, well worth the money!! Anybody thinking about this system, you won't be disappointed. And those 4 inch polished stainless exhaust tips look bad ***!!

After 2 weeks of daily afternoon showers, washed and waxed my daily driver. The wife said I pretty much guaranteed our boat trip tomorrow will be rained out.

This Saturday I picked up my Vette from Redline Motorsports where I had the heads swapped to the AHP's, added a cam & changed the exhaust to the B&B Fusion. The car sound mean as hell now!!

I tackled cleaning up the headlights.
Before:
After sanding:
After a quick polish with the DA and rubbing compound, polishing compound then a coat of wax:
Turned out pretty OK

You hired some kid to raise and lower your windows? How lazy are you Pennsylvania hillbillies? (don't answer, I have roots there )

Took my car into a body shop to have the ZRAL-1 splitter I ordered from RPI put on. It didn't fit. It's off. Called and talked to Don and was told I could stretch the splitter onto the front bumper, the splitter really doesn't line flush with the bumper, it's definitely off. The new side skirts however look nice, and I had some carbon fiber letters inserted into the rear bumper Corvette letters. The whole theme of the car is Victor red with carbon fiber.
No pics right now... the front bumper with previous splitter holes is ugly :\ I have to figure out what my options are for the splitter.

Replaced a broken stainless brake line and bled the whole system with new brake fluid. Then cleaned the inside wheel barrels, inside the fender liners, calipers....
That was fun,
