Last Monday took my 05 in and replaced my sensors, might of paid little more, BUT I have warranty and it was done right. The was starting to give me false reading.
I ordered exact same tpms as you did 3 weeks also from Amazon. Had new mpss tires and new sensors installed at discount tire. They could not get any of the 4 to register, I was receiving same info as you flat tire etc? Took car to Abel chevrolet, all 4 sensors bad!
Allen B, Ok this is what we did. installed new sensor in the right rear, Put car in learn mode. Ignition switch on Acc. held lock and unlock buttons on key fob till horn sounded. Went to LF tire held tpms tool there until horn sounded, next to right front again held till horn sounded, then to right rear horn would not sound no matter what we tried, then to left rear but horn only sounded once. It's like the sensor needs to be woken up or as they assume the battery is dead. Am I missing something? Can't believe I got a new bad sensor and have to do this all over agaain
That sounds like the right procedure- It is entirely possible you have a bad sensor in the right-rear.
I will say that that is the same process we used to finally get the sensors to activate (I believe the order is critical) and it took several tries to get them all to register. Perhaps I just got lucky but all 4 of the sensors I got from Amazon were the Delco sensors and as mentioned, track properly.

Sog2, Can you tell me who the vendor on Amazon was. Seems many of us buy them there and seem many are no good. 2006 corvetteman and I bought from the same vendor. All 4 of his were dead just like mine.

These guys really need to start putting a manufacture date code on TPMS sensors...it's just too easy to take old ones and sell them.
But now that you mention it, I might be able to sell my old ones after I switch later this year. At least 3 or 4 work fine and the other one is good more than 90% of the time.
BTW, with this post I'm joining you and the other guys who have the red, white, blue, red, white, blue, red, white, blue stars.

I just took a quick look at these sensors at Rock Auto. They have a wide variety. I was surprised all were more expensive that the Amazon sensors. A good deal if legit.
Just an update. Returned the sensor I purchase from Amazon. New sensor was dead. Ordered 2 new sensors from Jegs, came in AC Delco bags, had them installed , did a reprogram and all went exactly as it should. DIC is now clear. Thanks everyone for all your input. What seemed to be a nightmare was easily solved when you get good parts.
