Default Electrical load question

I have an 05' Z51 and I'm wondering about a few quirks I've been having. I'll start with mods since Y'all always ask about hose first. Electrically speaking I have a Sub and speakers all around. I also have NGK plugs which I thought could be part of it. Also the horn fuse is fine. I also have an intake and longtubes but I don't think that'd be related. Whenever the car has been idling for a while or sitting in traffic or I have turned it off and then quickly restarted it I have gotten the "service charging system" notification (probably 5 times in the last two months) and one time my "service traction control" notification came up. These notifications always go away within a second or two and are more a hinderance than a problem. The car has never failed to start. As well the battery is relatively new (about a year) and I've tested the battery and alternator at multiple places; to be told they're fine and don't need to be replaced. My question is if anyone has had a similar problem?

I had the service charging warning. Put on a Bullitt Tech 170 A alt and all is well.

OEM Alt can be damaged if you bang off the rev limiter.

Btw my alt tested OK also.

Never banged the rev limiter (A4) but I was wondering about how regularly the voltage regulators fail in the stock alternators.

It could be the diode pack in the alternator. The alternator doesn't produce true DC, it produces a pulsing DC that is flattened out by the battery. If one of four diodes in the pack fails, it could be causing problems when the sensors are trying to read the voltage for the regulator. Or it could be the battery is failing to provide the necessary capacitor functionality.
