It is screwed into the bumper cove from the back side, so you will need to remove the bumper cover.

I was able to remove mine with out taking the bumper off. You will have to really be able to bend your hands behind the grill to remove the screws or use a socket wrench that has the flex fitment. It's clipped in the top and the screws are in the bottom section. Use your hands and you will be able to feel them.
