Ouch!!!!!!
Here are all 3 vehicles with #3 in background, which was at fault and cited for failure to yield.
The Escalade suck big time on gas mileage, and it not until you buy one, that you find out just how much of a gas gusher they are (that up to 15 mile in the city is a joke)
Trust me, I only get around 13mpg on my older Dodge ram combined, and it leaps and bounds better that you get on a Escalade instead. Hence if you manage to get 8mpg in the city with a Escalade, God is smiling on you, or all your driving is down hill coasting instead.

Looks like more than $12K in damage to me as well.
Fortunately VR is a very easy color to match. The shop may want to blend the paint into the adjacent panels, and there's nothing wrong with that, it just may not be necessary.
Also, you should check closely for rattles in the door after the repair. Hard for the shop to diagnose this from just a visual inspection.
Good luck with this PITA.

I assume they are responsible for ALL the damages and liability.I don't know who offered you the check, but if it's the party at fault insurance company they are sure not acting in good faith, but like an insurance company trying to fool someone and limit their loss. Might pay to ask your insurance co. who is going to pay and what options you have. If you don't like the information you are getting a few bucks with an attorney might pay off for you.
Seem the law of equity when someone else is at fault would allow you damages to the extent of putting you in an equal position before their insured messed you up. Including any medical expenses and other costs to you in time and money to become whole again as you were before. That might include either fixing the car to your satisfaction or paying for another that's as close to what you had as possible. JMO
If you are just dealing with your insurance company you will of course be subject to your policy and it's condition. From what you have said seem someone else is at fault and their insurance co. would be the one paying the bills. Like I said sometimes an call from an attorney changes a lot of tunes, if he feels you are getting the short end of what you should. Just depends on the true facts of the situation.
I would also assume your bank will be entitled to all the money you owe them in any settlement unless you can replace the car with any insurance settlement you are entitled too, and they agree to that. So you may have a three or four ring circus going here and need some help sorting it all out. Therefore you need some solid advice to answer your questions, which you don't seem to be getting right now. If it were me I wouldn't sign anything or accept any settlement until all the legal, banking, and insurance questions are answered, and even then a little negotiation may be in order to close this chapter, hopefully to a better end than think at this time. .

If you are dealing with All State you are going to have to get tough. My knowledge of them is that's the way they work, give them a check before they even know the extent of the damages and costs to fix it and get em' out of here, fini, done, goodbye.....There hands might not be as good as they say. JMO. Some people just want the money they can get, don't think any farther so it works.
Hope you get it all fixed. Good luck.

Here's a picture of mine.. Do you guys like it? The previous owner installed all of this. I am not sure what is/not original. Please chime in on what may be stock. Because i don't see this combo on any of the Vettes I've seen. Even the floor mat/cargo mat is upgraded.
