It has to be the same as the plastic part that it replaced, remove the two torx screws and slowly work it off the wheel

I swapped out wheels on my car and the wheel I was using was from a manual and my car was an auto with paddle shifters which meant that I had to swap out this piece

one wheel the plastic part fought me all the way when I was trying to remove it , and the other it just fell off when I removed the screws

Not sure why but just go slow and work it off

Dave

Dave, I'm still having an issue with this. Is this piece not clipped or tucked under any other pieces? Mine does not move at all. I don't want to put too much force on it.

Thanks
