Ive used lots of product and I agree with your assessments, I like them best except I've switched to Meguiars Ultimate Synthetic thin coat wax, very user friendly, try it you'll like it
Just did my GS, clayed it, polished it and applied the Ultimate wax, smooth as glass, nice and shiny

Definitely!!! I been using mine for 3 years, I did the mods to it as shown on Youtube, just search harbor freight DA polisher mods. I bought my Lake Country pads from Autogeek, also watch their detailing videos on their website!!

DA polisher will not burn through the paint, because it's Dual Action.

I have a can of the Meguiars Carnauba Gold but while I do like it I find it unusually difficult to use, and "easy" is key to me liking it.
I also bought one of the 'Nanoskin Auto scrub" sponges. Didn't like it at first as it "catches" easily but after using it as per instructions it woks pretty well. Just an FYI

Easy does it. Personally don't like any of the can stuff. Prefer liquid using the HF DA #2 speed and the black finishing pad. A couple passes over a small section at a time with only light pressure. Wipe with MF cloth.

The first time you take your car out in ambient temps of roughly 80 degrees or higher, that carnauba wax goes bye bye. It can't handle high temps.
