It's not very hard to do at all. I found the part that took the longest was removing and re-instyalling the headlights from the bumper/fender.
You just need access to an electric oven, and a good set of gloves and a narrow straight edge screwdriver to remove the sealant left in the assembly groove once the lens is pried off.
The headlights can be removed without removing the front bumper, only loosening some of the hardware.
