Got the Pink
I purchased my 08 Coupe Claret Red on 10-1-2016. From a dealer and got the pink yesterday! I have coveted owning my own corvette since I could drive. Along time.
For all you that are thinking of getting one, do so. I haven't regretted it. What I think we all go through is "is this a good deal". They only one that matters it to is yourself. Did I pay more than I could have? Probably, but the smile on my face EVERY TIME I just sit in it is Priceless!!
The striking thing I notice is the diverse range of people that admire the car as I go along. When octogenarian woman does the double take it always makes me think of what she did when she was young in a corvette!!

Good for you! That is a great feeling to know it is YOURS...not the banks. One cannot find a better vehicle for the money...period. The conversations she starts, the looks she gets, and the miles of smiles she delivers...enjoy her!

Cars are way to expensive now but I saw two guys lose their cars drag racing at OCIR (Orange County International Raceway) in 1976. This wasn't street racing. One guy didn't seem to upset. The other guy was!
