Default little help finding a part....

I lowered my car and the front splitter is slightly banged up, just the splitter. I want to buy a new one and have looked around, looking for the best price. The part number is 15834249, front splitter for a z06/GS. Lowest I have found is 220.

Now my question. Does anyone know if I can get it cheaper anywhere? I am frugal and am trying to save as much money as I can. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Just trying to save money. If I can find it cheaper I will go with the 220 one.

Thanks guys.

Im not trying to be rude to you, but there is nothing wrong with being frugal even on our corvettes. Ive called three dealers who I bought parts from and they wanted 330 for this part. Ive been looking around and found this part for 220. I also looked up in the forums some guys paid 150. Why pay 330 for something you can get for cheaper. I know our cars are expensive. I paid 700 for an OEM zr1 spoiler. I am just trying to get the part as cheap as possible. We all know these parts are expensive, thats nothing new. I am not trying to get it at 36 dollars, but if I can find it at 150 thats better. Shop and save.

Back to the original question of, has anyone got this part for cheaper? If not I can buy it at 220.

I've purchased several of the front splitters and I can tell you make sure you get price SHIPPED. Because it is an oversized box the shipping cost is ridiculous.

My best price was from gmpartsdirect.com but I had to contact them directly to get the shipping price reduced to a realistic #. I've also had great luck taking the gmpartsdirect.com price to a local dealer I have a g ood relationship with and they will price match it because they stock the part.

Get the "ZR1 style splitter" from ebay for less than $200 delivered. That's frugal and I like mine!

Yup .....

Since the OP does not have a base model C6, make sure you select one of these that do not say "Base Model Only"

Thanks for the referrals guys. We charge a flat fee of $39.75 to ship to the lower 48 states. I just checked so I'm not sure what you were looking at or what the issue may be.

While Gene is a good guy and has good prices, he is rarely the lowest. His site shows $273.47 plus shipping.

Not "apples to apples" since the OP is talking about the genuine GM part and not an aftermarket item
