Default C6 tailight screw

I noticed today that one my taillights was loose & found that the screw is missing from the top of the light, does anyone have an idea what size those screws are so that I can get a replacement? thanks

What if you took one out from another tail light? That way you can match it up at your local hardware store.

You may want to check to make sure that the retaining clip that holds the screw is there as well. I just had to pick up a pack at Lowes.

Retainer clip is actually called a U-Nut. Home Depot has the following;

Everbilt #6-32 in. Plain Steel Type U-nuts (two piece).

The speednut often gets pushed back off and lost when a tail light is removed and the bulb replaced.
