I read some of that thread. It states,
"Condition
Some customers may comment on a clunk and/or chatter type noise from the rear of the vehicle while making turns."
Thought that didn't apply to you, since you describes it as a noise it makes while in neutral and being stationary?

Also, I saw that NF also had a 2012 ZR1 in exactly the same color combo. He must really like that look.

I would think you will get a letter in the mail from GM with the details after you register the car. The letter spells out the coverage for repair. Its pricey fix if you go beyond the mileage or time frame for coverage. Long story short, check the sticky thread at the top of the forum and if you smell gas, bring it to a dealer.

Yeah but I'm sure it applies to the same thing they described exactly what I hear but the turning part.

Torque tube would stop turning - and the noise would stop - when you depress the clutch pedal. Since you said, in a previous post, that pressing in the clutch did not stop the noise, it cannot be anything past the clutch.
