With silver, a medium charcoal metallic or dark charcoal metallic (Vette Stripes) looks super. Lets see if I can find a pic I will post......yep, found one!
This looks great... Corvette Ed's suggestion is your best option. His cars stripes are first class.

OP .... Your car is silver. If you want something that is noticeable but not "In Your Face", I think this is the best option:
Very subtle, and nice ... In fact, I think I would just get the hood and front fascia stripes and forget the roof, rear deck lid and rear fascia stripes.
Just my opinion.

I'll probably end up going with one of these two schemes in dark charcoal metallic or similar dark gray over the existing machine silver. Either way, I hope to do a wide body conversion and it would make more sense to do that before adding any stripe and/or paint schemes. So, I probably won't do anything until that happens. I might even change directions by then anyway.
