C6 Wheels


Why? ... Because the larger in diameter the wheel is, the smaller the tire's 'Aspect Ratio' is going to be. In other words, a tire that has a small aspect ratio such as a 25 or 30 series tire has hardly any sidewall (think driving on rubber bands).
And since there is so little sidewall, there is no flex in the tire during launch.
Ideally, you want as much sidewall as you can get. This will give the rear tire lots of flex during launch.
Look at the trailered drag race cars ... They all have smaller diameter wheels (15" or 16") that have wide / fat sidewalls.
That's what you NEED in order to launch that supercharged Corvette real HARD !
