Nitto comparison to Cooper
They hold almost as well as the Bridgestone Pole Position RFs that I've ran previously. The Nitto are almost as quiet too. Nitto wet road traction is also just about there with the Bridgestone's.
Coopers were noisy, sucked in wet weather, and I could spin them at will. I routinely smoked them to impress riders and other cars. A little rev in 2nd at 35mph would let the speedo jump to about 70, I would make some noise and smoke, then I had traction at the next stop. But they still had about 50 percent rear tread with about 35k miles, the fronts still almost look new. They were hard long lasting tires, if you drive moderately, they were fine, you just can't push your vette with them.
Anyway, for now, I give the Nittos a thumbs up for daily driving here in Florida.
