Changing front brakes on my 2012 Grand Sport to the Carbotech one piece pads.....thanks to the great instructions on this site every thing came apart with no problem.....since the car has only 26K on it the discs were in good shape so a light kiss on the lathe and they are clean for reinstallation.....just waiting for the new pads to arrive be so I can put it all back together....the one definitive answer I can't find is, do you put copper anti seize lube or anything else on the rear of the pads and on the retainer pins or do you not put anything on them when installing the new pads...if you do apply the stuff to the rear of the pad, how much do you use? thanks.

I always grease the pins and anti rattle guides. For pads I grease if they are a metal backing plate. Some are rubber coated to prevent noise. Use enough to cover the area swept by the caliper piston.
