Unhooked battery and tested the battery, it's good! Alternator wires look good, now will remove it and have it tested!
Check wiring @ starter/solenoid.
Wires can/do become brittle & break if exposed to too much heat.
Reported in hot climates and/or cars w/ headers.

Lousy timing given work recently performed, granted it's a stretch connecting the two except you've NO power. One symptom of broken starter/solenoid wiring's no power, a'tall.
Closely inspect s/s wires, if only to rule i'em out.

Woohoo, I found the troubled wire. Thanks guys, it was the wire connected to the fuse box that was loose. It took all day and it was well worth it because I got a chance to double check my amp/speaker installation. I apologize for the limited info but I was in panic mode. You guys helped me shift from panic mode to high alert mode with some of the solutions that was offered. I thought I blew the ECM and the BCM because of way it shut down. Thanks again!
