Any C6 1/2 mile speed lists out there?
Just got back from the #noflyzone provided by Omegamotorsports in Rantoul, IL and beat my personal best of 164.5mph last year and managed a 170.3mph pass today.
Not sure, but I'm trying to find out if this is a world record for a stock block N/A Corvette Z06?
Mods I've got done are:
2" ARH headers with ORX
Straightlineperformance Lumberjack cam
MSD Atomic Intake Manifold
Nick William 102mm
Custom Head work bumping up compression to 12.5cr
HPI 80lb Injectors and running E85

Problem with 1/2 miles compared to an actual drag strip is there is so much variation. Rolling start vs standing, track conditions vary wildly, prep, etc. I've seen consistent cars run 8-9mph different from one venue to the next. So while you can track down some records, they don't mean all that much.

I assume that these speeds are from a roll and not a dig.
