Maintenance issue
I have a 2008 base model convertible I purchased new. I have 10,500
on it and I have not done anything to it except change the oil once a year.
It runs great. Any suggestions on anything I should do to it right now. Thanks.

Im kinda in your boat here.. I bought a 2010 last year with 2,506 miles on the clock. I wouldn't worry about "flat spots" on your tires, oil leaking out of the seals or some of the other suggestions that people post here. My car has the original run flats with no flat spots, dry rot cracking or other issues. I have NO leaking of ANY fluids of any kind. I would suggest that you change the coolant, look at the belts & hoses, maybe a tranny fluid & filter change if you have an A6. My car sits around a lot with no issues that I can see, I do leave a battery tender plugged in between uses though, bottom line, don't let posters scare you into thinking that the car has to be rebuilt because you have low miles
Check your owners manual for maintenance!

This is what I would do:
1. Flush brake fluid
2. If a manual, Ranger Method to bleed/flush clutch fluid.
3. Replace antifreeze.
4. Inspect hoses and belts, change only if necessary.
5. Oil/filter - Done.

As others have said, drive and enjoy. Except for regular oil changes there is really nothing else to address. just keep an eye on the S belt, tires, check for leaks, hoses and you should be just fine. You might also pull the cabin air filter and take a look. Drive on!

Change the tires. They are 9 years old. I change mine no later than 5 or 6 years regardless of tread wear.
Check your coolant with a tester. It's overdue for a change. (change every 5 years according to the OM)
If it's a manual, do the Ranger method to flush the clutch fluid. (You probably have an auto though or you'd have already done it)
Flushing your brake fluid probably wouldn't be a waste of effort either.
Change your cabin air filter.

jesus... nothing but oil change for 8 years? It's definitely time to flush the fluids.
Flush Coolant

Check belts, they go bad
10 years tires go bad too even if they have good visible tread life so you should probably replace those, your most likely slipping if you floor it, 6 years and my eagle f1's turned to ****. Also 10k miles over 8 years, the tires sag, you won't really notice it by your naked eye, but they do and the balancing machine will notice, they compensate with balancing weights and adjust them, so if your too cheap for tires, get them all balanced
Pretty much everything should be done once, and then you can go back to just oil changes every year.

Not trying to be sarcastic or funny, but chemicals do break down/become less effective over time. But, what breaks down or becomes less effective in, or with a paper filter that has been in use for 10K miles? I doubt if the engine or cabin air filters even have dirt on them unless OP drives up and down dirt roads in his 10K mile cruises.
However, I would think that the chemicals, ahhh, the chemicals. Yes, I'd change quite a few of them including the brake, diff, trans, and coolant. Some will disagree.
