California Mandated Emissions Recall nightmare

I had the recall done on my 08 and suffer none of the OP's issues.
I did have a custom tune performed after though.
Temps all look the same as when stock, I run 225* oil and 192* water when fully warmed up on level road at 2,000 rpm.
I do have a 180* stat though and 4:10 differential.
I think it is a bunch of complaining about nothing for most of us. The OP most likely has fit meant issuses.

I have told both my daughters that if they move to another state i would be more than happy to go with them, they are my only living family , have two daughters and two grand daughters i will stay in California as long as they do.
California is in a downward spiral because of liberal thinking that does not see a tax it does not like, they are going to run out of people to tax in the long run i am hoping that my daughters will decide to leave the state i think we will all be happy some where else imho.

Not sure what's funnier. Bragging about NOT having any recent hurricanes or bragging about Florida in general! Both states have issues. Your nuts if you think otherwise.

And when you get to Surprise, be careful on Grand avenue between Bell and RH Johnson. The 45 mph speed limit is NEVER observed....by the "seniors" living in Sun City West and Sun City Grand who drive it at 18 mph!...YES, 18 mph. Sun City West, where the AVERAGE age is 78!!!

Ok I looked at the underside of my Vette and there are two smaller cats at about midframe in addition to the cats at the header pipes. No X pipe. So I guess mine was already done before I bought it. Since I didn't have any experience driving it before the recall I can't say it made a difference, the car runs great and no overheating or noise issues.
Won't bitch about Cali- I made enough money here to live here. For now...
