backup camera

what year did they make backup cameras available on vets?
was it a c6 or only on c7s?

C7.However I have a 07. And I added one myself using a Kenwood sys.

The C7 was the first model that came with a backup camera from the factory.

Another guy here with a Kenwood system with backup camera. One of the best upgrades I've done next to getting the seats done a few years back.

C6's never had them. However now that I have one on my other 2 cars, it's makes it hard to live without one on the Vette.

I am going to put a non-nav Kenwood system in mine with a front and rear camera.

See the little black camera. It comes through the Kenwood I installed. Got it all through Double D, he is a Vendor on this forum. Love it, works fantastic and as for the stereo, wow , what an improvement!

+1 ... Had a Kenwood system installed in mine a few years back, but didn't add the B/U camera at the time. Both our newer vehicles came with them and liked them so much I added one to my C6
