I just put a line lock on my C6 so I didn't wear out the rear brakes at the dragstrip. My question is is there a way to get around having all the active handling and anti-lock brake warnings going off? If I turn off the car and restart it they go away. Is this going to cause the car to loose power?

If you end up getting any warnings then it's not because of the line lock itself. I've made thousands of passes in two different cars with a the same line lock installed and never once had any sort of issue.
I turn off all the nannies before getting in the water box and haven't had any problems after that. There is a procedure and I'm pretty sure you hold the active handling button down for like 9 seconds are so.
I have tried everything, active handling off and left alone. When I press the button and pump the brakes everything is fine until I step on the gas and the car starts to push through the brakes (I am running cheater slicks). Once the car starts to move I get the warning of service active handling and anti lock brakes. Once the car starts to move it will not let me do anything with the traction control button. When I turn the car off it goes away but stores it when I plug in a reader.

Every now and then mine will do the same but doesn't slow the car down on the run. I've seen some people after their burnout shut their car off and restart just to get the codes to go away then stage.
I don't know why people add line locks to the c6 vette. Maybe not all but at least my 2012 grand sport has a built in one from the factory. You simply hold the brake very firm. And floor the throttle. There will be a little delay then the car will realize you want to do a burn out. It will release the rear brakes while continuing to hold the front.

My post was meant to be in reference to the C6. I know some of the new Mustang models have line lock. I'm a fan of the GT350. Probably won't happen, but I'd love to add one to my garage.
Actually it is not over powering the rear brakes. I know what that's feels like. I know what it does to you rear brakes. I have been drag racing for for many years with my cars. In Order to activate it you must hold the brake very firm. You can even put it to the ground if you want. Then floor the thottle. It will release the rear brakes.
It does not cause extra wear on the rear brakes on the car. When you do it this way. If you try to do a burnout old school. By applying just enough brake to hold the car, Or if your move your foot it will not work. You have to hold the brake very firm and don't change the pressure on the brake petal. Otherwise it will shut down and pull power from the engine.
If you don't believe it. Go out. Turn off traction control. Hold the brake to the floor, and floor the throttle. At first I was worried about the rear brakes. I started to keep an eye on them after every run. No brake smell at all. Not exessive heat or any thing.
I know on my gto without a line lock. I would have to hold the brake just enough to hold the car. It would allow the rear brake to drag a bit. It would cause discoloration on the rotor over time and brake smell if I did too big of a burn out. I have over 200 passes on my vette. With no signs of any of that.
When I told my tuner tuner about it. He was also concerned about it. Until he went out and tried it. Then he agreed it works.
Can someone else go out and try it and report back. I know of at least 2 grands sports that do it.
