I think cleaning the inside of the windshield would be easier for a contortionist dwarf that had arms as long as a chimp.

It works great for me and I'm old. The instructions say just fog a little cleaner and wipe. The first time I used mine, I did it dry and it worked. An auto detailer showed me the tool after he finished detailing my Vette. I asked him how the heck he cleaned the area by the dash.
I've been driving since 1955 and have cleaned glass on many cars. I don't think it is possible to clean any window completely streak free looking into the sun. If it is initially it doesn't stay that way very long.

When I claybar my paint once a year or so, I will do the windows with it as well, but the clay rarely picks up anything significant. But I wash my car every weekend and clean the windows then as well.
It is obvious he's taking about the inside all the way down to the dash. I'm sure he knows how to clean the outside.
Since I'll never be traveling to your state, I would love to see a video of using a clay bar and crumpled newspaper on the inside in the area of the dash.
The tool I bought that was recommended by an auto detailer. The triangle shaped head swivels and comes with socks for different applications. The handle and shape of the head allows easy cleaning including the tight area above the dash.

they used to make a pad with a handle on it[5-6 years ago] that was advertised on tv as such,i bought one and it worked fine for the bottom sides you just cant reach,
but try opening both doors and removing the roof,if you reach-in standing on the ground next to the car you can reach a lot of places
