This may be a stretch (or not), but if reindexing the windows works only temporarily, you may have a loose battery connection.
The first test for that would be to see if it also holds true for the passenger door. Otherwise look for breaks in continuity in the harness feeding the driver's door. Test all the other button functions to verify they work. If so, something has abraded or cut two of the several wires in the harness. I'd take a good look around the rubber boot where the harness passes from the door to the body.
So you can open the door from the outside with no problem?
yes i can open the door from the outside easy. but if i want to go down from the car i cant i have to use the safty latch to open the door . and about the other door side i can open it very easy from the inside so i think something wrong with the button from the inside i might order from amazon and change it but im not sure 100% it could fix the problem.

I'd suggest following HOXXOH's advice and checking the wiring harness that runs between the body and the door before spending any money. It's housed inside the rubber accordion boot you'll find there.
I may have overlooked which door you are referring to but I can only open the passenger door from the inside if I am starved and have punched the unlock button on the door as well as engaged the parking brake. Seems like General Motors doesn't want the passenger leaping out of the car at any point !
well another thing that doesnt work is the lock and unlock button in the driver side , so now the lock and unlock and the door button they all doesnt work sometimes.

Check everything on the driver's door.
window up and down switch(s)
door opening switch
mirror adjustment switch (both mirrors)
lock switch
driver preference (if present)
Check it with windows up and windows down, with the door open and closed and halfway open. If anything is intermittent, recheck it 3 to 5 more times.
Come back here and report your findings.
The whole point is to see how many problems exist in that door. It's starting to sound like several, which means you have a harness problem.
BTW, have you seen any mouse tracks where you normally park the car?
