Can anyone tell me what this noise could be? Super scared to drive the car. Just started 2 days ago. The car has been cammed and tuned since January with no issues ever. Any info is appreciated!

Sounds like the top idler pulley bearings for the belts.

Have the car towed to your mechanic or dealership to have it checked out! Especially with the knocking noise.
