The pain was the bumper removal and reinstallation. Not to mention removing the old adhesive from the housing. But well worth the labor on mine when I did it. The headlight became such a huge part of the appearance of Corvettes with the 6th gen.

Theres a way to loosen the front bumper cover bolts along the hood and the fender bolts, loosen the wheel well skin and slide the headlights out. Theres a video on one of the headlight websites...

I just finally broke down and ordered some new lenses. Ive tried every trick under the stars to clean the current lenses up to no avail. I think Umnitza and Zen6 are both selling lenses with gaskets and sealer. Im guessing youre in the same boat as me so t hats likely the route you'd have to go.
Camera issue or are the rings actually mismatched? One looks purple, the other blue white

Definitely not necessary to drop the bumper, though reinstall is a bit challenging to avoid scratches.
Why not just use a light tint for the headlights from one of the vendors here.. because it doesn't work - and this is coming from a tint film vendor
I'd do that first and then when and if they crack...replace them with a smoked lens as mentioned previously, the 'crazing' is actually a poor materials issue and cannot be remedied with polish or films
Looks really good and I believe it's a lot less effort...
I'd tint mine but the headlights look pristine as I garage the vehicle even though it's my daily driver with 115k miles on the car. It's time for you to buy a lottery ticket
honestly have never liked the headlights on the c6...
The shape of the bucket is fine but the stock bulbs are hideous.....I just accept that as one of the styling traits of the c6 I don't like. If you are referring to light output, there are a few ways that we've helped customer improve the light output of their headlights from better/brighter bulbs to cleaning the projectors, to outright replacement. Contact us - info@umnitza.com - when we are changing our lenses and see what options we do (this is for others, not necessarily for the poster here).

Umnitza is selling Zen6 because we created the Zen6, we are the only manufacturer of Zen6 lenses, they are the only lenses that are DOT approved and proven to be better quality than the originals for optics.
EDIT:
We didn't use the factory (Mexico) that GM used, so none of our materials will ever fade or crack like the factory ones, only the best! Not a knock off, an improvement! Without extra writing all over the lenses to make them look cheap!

They aren't on the inside, people think they are until they open the lenses. It's cracks in the middle layer between the top and the bottom lens parts. it's a sealant layer, makes it look like it's on the inside.

It’s just the camera it’s hard to get these things on film they just appeared to be a big white glaring light
Take a photo in the day time, it will show off better.

OP: Batch 3 Just arrived.
They are being shipped out as quickly as we can, we have about 50 back orders for people that wanted to wait, the truck is loaded and the trailer is getting loaded now.
ChoppyChop - where did you wire the angel eyes into? I recently replaced the lenses and installed the Angel eyes but haven't wired them up yet - except when I had them on the bench to test them.
Thanks!
Bob
