Seems like there used to be a hundred threads on removing the halo trim, but I can't find any. I searched the C6 FAQ as well as youtube, etc. but couldn't find any.

Does anyone have simplified instructions or a link to them?

It looks like I need to pull a few trim fasteners inside, and pull off the rear weatherstripping, which is glued. I would like to avoid replacing these things if not necessary.

Most old threads have no pictures due to the PhotoBucket policy change, or change or deletion from the originaldownload.
I did save many of what I tought might be useful threads down the road as a PDF, just for that reason.
